Greenville Technology, Inc. (GTI), a Tier 1 supplier to Honda, needed a building fast and were looking at existing buildings, thinking they did not have time to construct a new facility before their scheduled January 1, 2013 occupancy. GDI presented a budget, site plan and schedule that showed how we could build a new facility in time for thier occupancy. Site work began at the end of July and the building was completed in mid-December, two weeks early.
Bill LaFramboise, Executive Vice President of Greenville Technology said, “This fast track project was run with efficiency and professionalism by the GDI team who worked in a cooperative and collaborative fashion with members of our management team to bring the building in on time and on budget.”
