GDI has a great deal of experience building senior living properties, constructing ten facilities over the years, with over half a million square feet.
GDI built the three-story, fifty-eight unit GreenTree facility in Kokomo in 2001. In 2006, GDI added Samara, a two-story Alzheimer’s care facility. The addition was connected to the existing building and was constructed in six months without disrupting the operations at the existing facility.
The seamless addition of this structure has prompted similar projects in Dayton and Indianapolis.
