GDI constructed this initial 30,000 square foot addition to an existing Japanese-owned manufacturing company. The expansion was designed to fully complement the existing facility, and included new overhead cranes, 7" epoxy sealed concrete floors, truck docks and a sprinkler system expansion. Despite the language barrier, GDI delivered complete customer service – even providing translators during meetings. The project was successfully completed leading to construction of a second, 160,000 square foot building for the client.
